Having considered the materials on record prima facie disclosing involvement of the petitioner in murder of the housewife and as he does not stand on the same footing with the co accuseds who are on bail and as his prayer for bail was rejected earlier, we are of the opinion in view of gravity of offence, this is not a fit case to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
