The petitioner was on bail all through out and failed to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Dubrajpur, Birbhum on February 27, 2025 for which warrant of arrest has been issued against him. The petitioner undertakes to surrender before the learned Magistrate within a fortnight from date.

In the event the petitioner surrenders before the learned Magistrate within a fortnight from date, the learned Magistrate shall allow him to remain on the same bail bond. If the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned Magistrate within the stipulated time frame, the learned Magistrate shall be at liberty take necessary steps in accordance with law.

The warrant of arrest issued vide an order dated February 27, 2025 in G.R.Case No. 308 of 2012 be stayed till June 30, 2025.

CRR No. 2194 of 2025 is disposed of.
