In Re: CAN 5 of 2022 The order dated 11th March, 2020 shall stand corrected as follows:

In the seventh line of the third page of the order dated 11th March, 2020, the future prospect mentioned for a sum of "Rs.48,000/-" shall stand corrected to read as "Rs.24,000/-".

Let this correction be incorporated in the order dated 11th March, 2020.

The other parts of the order dated 11th March, 2020 shall remain unaltered.

Department is directed to take steps accordingly. In view of the above, the application being CAN 5 of 2022 is allowed and disposed of.

In Re: CRC 12 of 2021 The alleged contemnor, namely, Mr. Ujjwal Chatterjee and Mr. Indranil Ganguly, Accountant of

Regional Office of United India Insurance Company Limited are personally present before this Court. It is assured by Mr. Ganguly and Mr. Chatterjee that the corrected order shall be complied with within the next ten days mandatorily and positively. In that view of the matter, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

The personal appearances of the alleged contemnor shall stand dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
