The petitioners have approached this Court alleging that they have been thrown out from their residence by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there were directions of the District Magistrate, Barasat for providing necessary police assistance for allowing the private respondent nos. 2A to take possession of the property.

The contention of the petitioners is that applications are pending before the Debt Recovery Tribunal-III.

Be that as it may, since the police authorities have exercised their powers under directions of the District Magistrate, Barasat, they cannot be held at fault.

Since the petitioners have applied before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, this Court is devoid of passing any directions.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 11122 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Copies of the report be handed over to both the parties.
