Banerjee) Mr. Animesh Paul Ms. Manisha Kumari Upadhyay ...for the petitioner This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the defendant praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) 1st Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas to hear out the application filed under Order 7 Order 11 of the Civil Procedure Code read with Section 8 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act expeditiously.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the written objection to such application has not yet been filed.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity to direct issuance of any notice upon the opposite party. However, the learned advocate-on-record of the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application along with this order, upon the opposite party or upon the learned

advocate representing the opposite party before the learned trial judge.

From the order-sheets appended to this application this court finds that September 13, 2025 is fixed for hearing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code.

In view thereof, this revisional application stands disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division) 1st Court at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas to take up the hearing of the application under Order 7 Rule 11 of the Civil Procedure Code on the next date fixed, if the same is otherwise ready for hearing, and make an endeavour to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
