Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mr. Manoranjan Mahata, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.

Petitioner has prayed for quashing of G. R. Case No. 1752 of 2010 pending before the learned C.J.M, Jangipur, Murshidabad. Record of this revisional application reflects that already charge was framed on 19th October, 2019. The revisional application do not enclose the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Having regard to the same, I am not inclined to interfere with the proceedings. Petitioner would be at liberty to canvas all the points in course of the trial.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1708 of 2023 is disposed of..
