It appears from the record that the petitioner is enjoying a cash-credit from the Bank. There was an outstanding from the cash-credit Account. The petitioner offers to settle it at a particular figure. The figure suggested by the petitioner was not accepted by the Bank.

There are, therefore, disputes between the petitioner and the Bank with regard to the quantum payable. A writ court need not enter into such arena.

WPA 11889 of 2021 is dismissed accordingly.
