The instant revisional application has been filed against the order dated 7.2.2011 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate, 2nd Court at Howrah being Case No. MP 1588/2010 under section 145 of the Cr.P.C.

With efflux of time the impugned order has lost its effectivity. Accordingly, the revisional application has become infructuous and is disposed of.
