The instant criminal revisional application is pending since 2011 and as such, is required to be disposed of. The instant criminal reviaional application has been filed against an impugned order dated 31.01.2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, 3rd Court, Tamluk District Purba Medinipur in Misc. Case No. 616/1999 (T. R) No . 342/2004 case under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure granting maintenance allowance @ Rs. 700/ per month with effect from the date of order.

Perused the petition as well as the impugned order, this court does not find any infirmity or impropriety in the impugned order. Accordingly, this court is not inclined to interfere with the same.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application is dismissed. Copy of the order be sent to the Department as well as trial court for due compliance.
