In compliance with the order dated 9th February, 2024, the learned advocate for the opposite party no.2 has taken necessary steps before the learned trial court and has filed a certified copy of the order dated 2nd April, 2024 passed in G.R. No.2848 of 2011 whereby the offences were compounded in between the complainant, Swarup Gayen and the accused persons resulting in acquittal of Swarup Gayen. Let the said certified copy of the order dated 2nd April, 2024 passed in G.R. No.2848 of 2011 be kept on record.

Under such circumstances, the revisional application has become infructuous and, accordingly, disposed of. Copy of this order be communicated to the department for due compliance.
