In that view of the matter, the District Inspector of Schools (SE) Murshidabad at Berhampore shall consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of four months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
