None appears for the petitioner even at the time of second call. No accommodation has been sought for either. This is a writ petition of the year 2007 praying for a direction upon the respondents to allow the petitioner to participate in the interview scheduled to be held on May 20, 2007 for the post of Clerk in a High Madrasah. 2.

Record reveals that by an order dated 17th May, 2007, the petitioner was allowed to participate in the said interview.

Due to passage of time, nothing survives to be decided in this writ petition. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of.

There shall be, however, no order as to costs. 5.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
