Zeeshanuzzaman Mr. Shahriyar Karim Akhan.......for the petitioners The instant revisional application has been filed against quashing of the proceedings in M case No. 466/2011 under sections 107/116 of Cr.P.C and PR No. 10511 of 2011. The dispute is concerning the possession of a certain piece of land and its encroachment and to maintain peace and tranquility in the locality.

With efflux of time the impugned order has lost its effectivity. Accordingly, the revisional application has become infructuous and is disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned trial court immediately.
