Mr. Hasanuz Zaman ..for the petitioner Dr. Madhusudan Saha Roy ..for WBSEDCL Mr. Sekhar Mustaphi Ms. Susnita Saha ..for the State It is the grievance of the petitioner that the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) has laid overhead electric cables through his land comprising Plot Nos. 1282, 1622, and 1625 under Mouza Basanti, District - South 24 Parganas. The petitioner further submits that, despite making a representation on May 5, 2025, before the concerned Station Manager, no steps have been taken by WBSEDCL to address his grievance.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of WBSEDCL submits that the petitioner's representation shall be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Station Manager, WBSEDCL, Canning Customer Care Centre, to consider and dispose

of the petitioner's representation dated May 5, 2025, within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order, after affording the petitioner an opportunity of hearing.

Accordingly, WPA 11056 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned advocates for the parties on usual undertakings.
