The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 30.03.2023 passed by learned Special Judge, CBI Court No.1, Alipore in connection with CBI/ACB Kolkata Case No. RC 0102022A0003 dated 07.04.2022.

I have considered the issues so canvassed in the revisional application.

Records reflect that further investigation of the case is still in progress. At this stage, when the investigation is in progress, I am not inclined to interfere with the issues concerned relating to proceedings as also the order. The petitioner would be at liberty to approach this Court at the appropriate stage of the proceedings. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 1710 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
