Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities.

However, the report submitted by the State reflects that the daughterin-law of the present writ petitioner informed the police station against the private respondents for which Kultali P.S. Case No. 390 of 2025 dated 11.05.2025 was registered for investigation and on completion of investigation, charge-sheet has already been submitted.

The genesis of the present case, as is reflected, relates to a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents. Police authorities are well aware regarding the nature of the dispute. As such, police authorities are directed that they would keep surveillance so that no untoward incident results.

Report also reflects that T.S. No. 805 of 2023 is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior

Division), 2nd Court, Baruipur. As such, the issues relate to right, title and interest over the property which is to be decided by the civil court. Police authorities would, as directed above, only restrict themselves to the extent of maintaining peace and tranquility.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11123 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
