The matter has been brought to the list under the heading "To Be Mentioned" for correction of the order dated February 06, 2020 wherein the matter number has wrongly gone down as CO 1789 of 2004 instead of CR 1789 of 2004, the matter number should be read as CR 1789 of 2004.

The department is directed to carry out necessary correction in the order dated February 06, 2020 and also in the certified copy of the said order, if already supplied to the parties. Other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance of all requisite formalities.
