De facto complainant implicates all the petitioners before us in an incident of assault leading to forceful miscarriage. Medical document available in the Case Diary corroborates such contention. The incident of assault took place on February 13, 2024 and the forceful miscarriage was recorded by the medical institution on February 14, 2024.

Considering the gravity of the offence and the involvement of the petitioners therein, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
