The application for cancellation of anticipatory bail is directed against the Order No.3 dated March 6, 2023 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Purba Bardhaman in Criminal Misc. Case No.363 of 2023. Order dated March 6, 2023 was an interim order. It is submitted on behalf of the private respondents that the interim order was subsequently confirmed and that the private respondents are on bail.

Apparently, the police case revolves around a partnership deed which is claimed to be forged. The learned judge took into consideration the materials in the case diary including the fact that there are civil disputes between private parties and proceeded to grant interim anticipatory bail to the private respondents. The impugned order dated March 6, 2023 contains adequate reasons for the grant of interim anticipatory bail. We find no reason to interfere with such order.
