Mr. Trivedi, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the alleged contemnor has raised strong objection. Be that as it may, according to the instruction of Ms. Ghosh appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner does not want to proceed with the contempt application. On instruction she seeks to withdraw the same. Considering the submissions as above, the Court is inclined to dispose of the contempt application CPAN 882 of 2025 as withdrawn.
