The parties are husband and wife. This is the wife's application under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The parties were referred to mediation for settlement of their disputes amicably.

The Mediation is successful, the report thereof is filed. The parties have agreed to dissolve their marriage by a decree of divorce on mutual consent on the terms and conditions agreed upon as recorded in the Mediation Report. In terms of the said report, the parties are required to file a list of pending cases between them; such list is filed which is taken on record.

The parties are directed to take follow-up steps. C.O. 1501 of 2023 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
