Mr. Shibo Prosad Mukherjee, learned counsel appears for the petitioners.

Mr. Chandi Charan De, learned Additional Government Pleader appears for the StateRespondents. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is very limited. Referring to the application of the petitioners dated January 29, 2019 at page-50 to the writ petition, Mr. Mukherjee, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on the said application opportunity of hearing was granted to the petitioners for the purpose of issuance of free-hold title deed at Bijoygarh Squattle Colony. The hearing notice is dated

June 20, 2022, annexure p-4 at page-25 to the writ petition. Though the hearing has been concluded but the reasoned decision has not yet been communicated to the petitioner for about last two years.

In view of the above, the respondent no.4 who has concluded the hearing is directed to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioners positively within a period of four weeks from the date of communication of this order.

In the event, the reasoned order goes in favour of the petitioners, all necessary and consequential steps shall be taken by the respondent no.4 and/or any other appropriate authority positively within a further period of four weeks from the date of the said reasoned order upon compliance of all the necessary formalities in accordance with law.

Since affidavits are not called for, the allegations made in this writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the respondents.

With the above observations and directions, this writ petition, WPA 12106 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
