There is an order dated June 16, 2022 permitting the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,35,000/- against the meter for unmetered consumption. There is also an order dated June 21, 2022 granting liberty to the petitioner to deposit the balance sum with the Distribution Company.

Learned Advocate appearing for the Distribution Company submit that the balance amount is yet to be paid. State is represented.

In such circumstances, considering the gravity of the offence and the non-compliance of the order of this Hon'ble Court, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected CRM (A) 2769 of 2022 is dismissed.
