After crossing every hurdle the petitioner is not getting the compassionate appointment in the post of a teacher which is permissible under the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission Rules framed under the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission Act. The petitioner ultimately made one representation by e-mail on 9th May, 2022 which has not been considered as yet. I direct the Secretary of the West Bengal Madrasah Service Commission to consider the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order by two weeks from the date of hearing

and to communicate the same to the petitioner. With the above observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
