Debnath ...For the Petitioners Mr. Suranjan Dasgupta, ...For the University When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, Mr. Suranjan Dasgupta, learned advocate appearing for the University submits that in compliance with the order dated 28th January, 2022, the petitioners have been allowed to write the theory papers of 7th semester examination along with 8th semester examination which is scheduled to be held on and from 28th June, 2022. In view of the stand disclosed by the University, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

Accordingly, W.P.A. 10582 of 2022 is disposed of.
