Since the matter is comparatively recent, instituted only of the year 2020, on the one hand, and keeping in mind the implicit urgency involved in any matrimonial dispute on the other, C.O. No. 1328 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the Judge, Second Fast Track Court at Barasat, District-North 24-parganas to dispose of the Matrimonial Suit No. 39 of 2020, pending in the said court, as expeditiously as the business of the said court permits, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.

There will be no order as to costs.
