Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for 301 days and 137.9 kgs of ganja were recovered from the petitioner. Charge-sheet has already been submitted but charges till date has not been framed. Having considered the quantum of seizure in the present case, I am of the opinion that the rigors of Section 37 of the NDPS Act is attracted. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Petitioner would approach this Court at an appropriate stage.

Thus, CRM (NDPS) 1084 of 2026 is dismissed.
