The petitioner seeks for consideration of his representation dated 9th March, 2023 requesting for an enquiry to be conducted with respect to a work order vide E-NIT No.WBIW/SE/WC-III-08e/2019-2020 (Sl No.1,2 and 3) dated 19.03.2020. Since the representation is being disposed of without calling for affidavits from the official respondents or from the private respondents, namely, the respondents no.9, 10 and 11, we are not going into the merits of the allegations made in the representation and would dispose of the writ petition by directing the fourth respondent, namely, the Executive

Engineer, Contai Irrigation Division (I & W Dte.), District-Purba Medinipur to examine the representation of the petitioner sent by speed post on 9.3.2023 and after taking into consideration all the relevant materials a suitable reply be sent to the petitioner in writing within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order. If in the opinion of the fourth respondent notice has to be issued to the respondent nos.9, 10 and 11 the same should be done.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
