Learned counsel appearing for the SLSA submits that the appeal preferred by the petitioner from the initial amount of compensation granted or allowed on 1st September, 2022 and an amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- was granted to the petitioner. Counsel prays for some time to disburse the said amount to the petitioner. WPA 11861 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of the above.
