The petitioner's application for transfer on medical grounds was originally stalled with the school. Counsel for the parties now submits that the head of the institution has forwarded the petitioner's application to the concerned District Inspector of Schools.

In that view of the matter, the concerned District Inspector of Schools shall process the petitioner's application for transfer on medical grounds within a period of five weeks from date, strictly in terms of the 2015 Rules for transfer as amended from time to time.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
