Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents no.1 to 4 submits that there are certain false averments and/or assertions in the writ petition and, as such, she wants to highlight the same by filing an affidavit. Since the petitioner is not desirous in proceeding with the writ petition and I am not granting the petitioner any leave to file another petition on the selfsame cause, any objection from the side of the respondents no.1 to 4 on grounds stated hereinabove is inconsequential at this stage.

The writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution without any order as to costs.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
