Petitioner has filed this criminal revisional application under Sections 482/407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure challenging the impugned order dated 11.2.2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Purba Medinipore in criminal misc. case No. 650 of 2014 under Section 408 of the Code of Criminal Procedure thereby rejecting the prayer of the petitioner from transfer the case to

any other Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court or Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tamluk for trial from Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Haldia.

Heard and upon perusal of the report it appears that the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court, Haldia vide order dated 6.8.2018 found accused persons not guilty to the charge of offence punishable under Sections 498A/304B of the Indian Penal Code and all the three accused persons , namely,1. Bhaskar Das, 2. Kuntala Das @ Kuntibala Das and 3.Smt. Sankari Das @ Bera have been acquitted under Sections 235 (1) of Cr. P.C. and they were discharged from their respective bail bonds.

In the above facts and circumstances the instant criminal revisional application become infructuous.

Accordingly, CRR 1335 of 2015 is, thus, dismissed being infructuous.

Consequently, CRAN 1 of 2015 (Old No. CRAN 2985 of 2015) is also, thus disposed of.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court below for information and necessary action.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the learned advocate for the parties on usual undertakings.
