Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that as the representation which was furnished by the petitioner was not acted upon by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Deganga P.S. Case No. 296/2025 dated 16.05.2025 has been registered for investigation. Further steps have been taken in course of investigation. In view of the steps so taken, the purpose for which the writ petition has been filed is subserved.

Since the subject-matter do not relate to the petitioner having approached this Court, I am not inclined to accept such prayer.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 11126 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
