We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. He had cleared the load proposals. He does not stand on the same footing with co-accuseds who have been granted pre-arrest bail. He did not cooperate with the investigation. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.
