Mr. Basu, learned Senior Counsel appearing for the appellants, says that he would like to withdraw this appeal and file a vacating application before the learned Trial Court praying for discharge of the interim order that has been passed in favour of the plaintiff/respondent herein.

We grant leave to the appellants to withdraw this application with liberty to file a vacating application before the learned Trial Court.

If the present appellants file a vacating application before the learned Trial Court, the same shall be considered at the pre-affidavit stage

before considering the issue of extension of the interim order.
