For the State In the order dated 15th September, 2021 two typographical mistakes have inadvertently been done and the same was found in the server copy. In the second line of the first paragraph the word "dated" has been missed before the sentence "14th July, 2021 made by........". It should be read as "This writ petition has been registered on the basis of a letter dated 14th July, 2021 made by the petitioner.....".

In the sixth line of third paragraph the word "not" has been missed in the sentence "The said amount has been paid." It should be read as "The said amount has not been paid."

Let the mistake be corrected.

Let this order form part and parcel of the order dated 15th September, 2021.
