Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that the representation furnished with Nadanghat Police Station did not yield any result.

State has submitted a report which reflects that a long standing dispute is existing between the petitioner and the private respondent. To that effect, civil court is dealing with the issues concerned.

Petitioners are presently apprehending regarding extraction of earth from the property. However, the police authorities have kept a strict vigil and are also maintaining peace and tranquility over the area.

Learned advocate appearing for the respondent no.6, on the other hand, submits that

the accusations made by the petitioners are devoid of any merits and the same have been made in order to use the police authorities for depriving the respondent no.6.

Having regard to the nature of the dispute between the petitioners and the private respondent, I am of the view that in case any information is furnished, police authorities would only restrict themselves to prevent any breach of the peace and tranquility and also see that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondent. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11127 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
