Petitioner preferred the writ petition being aggrieved regarding the manner in which a shop room at Mumbai has been transferred by the private respondent no. 5.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Chinsurah Police Station Case No. 182/2025 dated 24.05.2025 has been registered for investigation on the basis of the information furnished by the present petitioner.

Learned advocate for the private respondent is present. However, having regard to the fact that the case has already been registered, private respondent no. 5 would be at liberty to take steps in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 11235 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
