In this application, which contains the renewal prayer for grant of anticipatory bail, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that the petitioner is unwilling to press this application.

Learned Advocate appearing for the NCB submits that the petitioner is making repeated applications for anticipatory bail without co-operating with the investigations. He refers to the earlier order dated April 28, 2022 by which the prayer for anticipatory bail was rejected.

In view of the petitioner not willing to proceed with this application, it would be appropriate to dismiss C.R.M. (A) 2781 of 2022 as not pressed.
