His engagement may be regularised by the concerned authority. Let a copy of the application be served upon Mr. Bhattacharya.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that after obtaining bail, the petitioner had been attending the Court regularly. However, on the particular date he was unable to attend Court due to unavoidable circumstances and a warrant of arrest was issued on 04.10.2024. The same has remained pending. The petitioner wants to attend the proceedings.

Heard learned counsel for the State.

In view of the fact that the petitioner wants to join the proceedings and in the interest of justice, let the warrant of

arrest issued remain stayed for a period of six weeks from this date.

The petitioner shall be at liberty to surrender before the Court and pray for bail and if the same is done within a stipulated period of six weeks from this date, the trial court shall consider the same in accordance with law. Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of requisite formalities.
