1. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the victim recorded before the learned Magistrate, the statements of postoccurrence witnesses who saved the victim and the injury report showing severe burn injuries received by the victim, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

3. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
