However, West Bengal Central School Service Commission as well as the State respondents are represented by learned advocates.

Learned advocate for the Commission has filed affidavit in opposition which is taken on record. Previously this Court granted adjournment on the prayer of the petitioner so that the learned advocate for the petitioner would come better prepared.

It appears that petitioner has lost interest. The writ petition stands dismissed. Interim order, if any stands vacated.
