The petitioner has challenged inaction on the part of the Commissioner of Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation in implementing the order of demolition dated July 12, 2019. Records reveal that the order of demolition was passed pursuant to the direction of this Court.

It appears that the several representations have been made by the petitioner before the concerned authorities for implementation of the said order.

This writ petition is disposed of with a direction upon the Executive Engineer, Bidhannagar Municipal Corporation to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated June 4, 2020

in accordance with law upon hearing the petitioner and the respondent nos. 8&9.

reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties.

If it is found that the order of demolition has attained finality then steps shall be taken in accordance with law.

The writ petition is, thus, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
