The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her representation dated 30.04.2025 addressed to the Inspector-in-Charge, Uttarpara Police Station was not acted upon.

State has submitted a report which reflects that the petitioner has claimed that her husband has paid the consideration amount for purchase of a property. However, petitioner is being obstructed from entering in the property.

On the other hand, private respondent no.4 on enquiry disputed the signature in the agreement. Further a title suit has been filed being T.S. No. 233 of 2025 which is pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court, Serampore, Hooghly.

Police authorities have been keeping a sharp vigil to avoid any untoward incident. Having regard to the fact that both the parties are at loggerhead, police authorities would oversee by continuing their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 11114 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
