After some hearing of the matter when I wanted to know about the order passed in the contempt application being CPAN 888 of 2007 (Gautam Kumar Halder -Vs.- Dibyen Mukherjee, arising out of WP No. 16435(W) of 2002), learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he does not have any copy of the order passed in the said contempt application, being CPAN 888 of 2007. He further submits that as the petitioner is going to retire in January, 2022, he does not want to press this application.

The matter is dismissed as withdrawn without, however, any liberty to file the same on the self-same cause of action.
