A decree of divorce on admission is not sustainable but such decree is not open to challenge in an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India. C.O. 1580 of 2024 is therefore dismissed as not maintainable without any order as to costs.

In view of the dismissal of the revisional application, the connected application being CAN 1 of 2024 is also dismissed.

Leave is granted to the learned Advocate-on-record for the petitioner to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photocopy thereof. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
