Ms. Afreen Begum ... for the de facto complainant Learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that there is no iota of evidence against the petitioner to implicate her in the present case. He seeks for enlargement of the petitioner on bail. Opposing such prayer for bail, learned Advocate for the State submits that the minor victim was forced into prostitution by the present petitioner resulting in her pregnancy. She seeks for dismissal of the bail application.

Similar submission is advanced by the learned Advocate on behalf of the de facto complainant, opposing such prayer for bail.

Perused the case diary and materials on record. The statement of the victim implicates the petitioner of forcing her into prostitution. The material shows that the victim became pregnant for such sexual act. Considering the above materials and bearing in mind nature and gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the bail prayer of the petitioner is rejected. The application for bail being CRM (M) 471 of 2025 stands dismissed.
