The writ petition is taken up for consideration subsequent to the order dated August 3, 2021. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that petitioners are now back at their residence pursuant to such order. However, the petitioners are continuing to be threatened.

Learned senior standing counsel for the State submits that the police facilitated the petitioners to return to their residence. The police are keeping a strict vigil on the locality. The police submitted a prosecution under Section 107 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

In such circumstance, the police acting in the manner as noted above, no further interference is called for. WPA 11952 of 2021 is disposed of without order as to costs.
