Mr. Gouranga Das, learned advocate appearing for the NCB opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate for the Petitioner has drawn the attention of the Court to the order passed in Special Leave to Appeal (Crl.) No. 4191 of 2026 wherein similarly placed accused person has been released on bail.

Having considered the directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the objections raised by the NCB, I am of the view that the petitioners be extended the same benefit as the other accused person.

Accordingly, petitioners be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Trial Court deems fit and proper.

Thus, CRM (NDPS) 1110 of 2026 is allowed.

Report submitted by the NCB be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
