Both the parties to the instant contempt application are represented by their respective learned counsel.

At the time of hearing, Mr. Dhar, learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners has filed an order dated 18.03.2026 passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Special Leave to Appeal (Civil) No.37735-37737/2025, which is taken on record. 3.

It is fairly submitted by Mr. Dhar that before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India he undertakes to not press the contempt application which has been recorded in the said order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 4.

Mr. Dhar further submits that for the present, let this contempt application be adjourned sine die.

Mr. Dinda Learned Advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnor no.1, however, submits that in view of the undertaking given by the writ petitioner before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, the writ petitioners are duty bound to not press the instant application.

In view of the submission of Mr. Dhar, let this contempt application go out of list for the present. 7.

Liberty to mention.
